This Fully Washed Arabica coffee from Cau Dat – Lam Dong represents one of Vietnam’s most prestigious highland coffee regions. Carefully processed using the wet method, these beans deliver excellent cleanliness, high ripeness rate, and stable cup quality for both specialty and commercial roasting applications.

Processing Method – Fully Washed

Ripe coffee cherries are selectively harvested, depulped shortly after picking, then fermented in clean water to remove mucilage. The beans are thoroughly washed and dried slowly to reach the ideal moisture level of 12.5%, preserving clarity, brightness, and consistency in the cup.

Quality Control

Multiple grading stages are applied, including flotation sorting, screen sizing, and manual defect removal. Only high-density beans meeting strict moisture and cleanliness standards are selected for export, ensuring uniform roasting performance.

Tasting Profile

Clean and aromatic with notes of citrus, light florals, and caramel. Medium body, smooth texture, gentle sweetness, and bright but balanced acidity. A refined and elegant cup suitable for filter coffee, espresso, and premium blends.

Origin

Grown in Cau Dat, Lam Dong Province at elevations above 1,400 meters. The cool climate, frequent mist, and fertile basalt soil create optimal conditions for slow cherry development and complex flavor formation.

Roasting Potential

Excellent for light to medium roasts to showcase floral and fruity characteristics. Can also be developed to medium-dark for deeper sweetness and chocolate tones while maintaining clean acidity.
